The Asbestos mine had for a long time a legendary status as the largest opencast mine in the world. Today, our East Coast-inspired IPA has established its own legendary status. Fermented with Norwegian Kveik yeast, it consists of a cocktail of tropical fruits from Citra, Mosaic and Sabro hops, as well as the citrus, guava and mango esters released by Ebbegarden yeast. Whether it’s the majestic sight of the old mine shaft or the fabulous taste of our Ciel Ouvert beer, either way you will have a memorable experience.
