This blond beer is a tribute to all our miners, the builders of the town of Asbestos. We bet that this Kölsch-type blonde, with its aroma of fresh bread, its slight bitterness and its delicate fruity taste, would certainly have been the official beer of our miners when they got together to raise their glasses after several hours of hard work.
