The term “Spello” was used by mine workers to refer to the time taken for a short break. As the name suggests, Spello is a refreshing beer, and a perfect choice to accompany a well-deserved break! An American pale ale, with Chinook and Willamette hops from the “Houblon des Jarrets Noirs” hop farm, along with raw Citra hops, giving it distinctive resinous notes and citrus aromas.
A bistro-style cuisine featuring regional products and craft beers produced on-site. A friendly place to relax and meet friends, inspired by the industrial past of the Jeffrey Mine.
